Dorsen

How Dorsen works

A market for the trading fees of an existing PancakeSwap V3 LP position.

What is being sold

The seller lists a PancakeSwap V3 position NFT, a stablecoin ask price and a duration. The NFT moves into the Dorsen contract. Before a buyer arrives, the seller can cancel and reclaim it. Once bought, the buyer receives the right to fees collected from that position through settlement. The buyer does not receive the NFT or the ability to remove its liquidity.

Purchase and fee accounting

At purchase, the contract first collects all fees already accrued and sends them to the seller. It then transfers the agreed payment token amount from the buyer to the seller. A purchase reverts if either operation fails. After purchase, anyone may call claim, which sends currently collectible fees directly to the buyer.

Maturity and settlement

The duration begins when the offer is bought. After it elapses, anyone can call settle. Settlement collects then-current fees for the buyer and returns the unchanged LP NFT to the seller. The timestamp is the earliest settlement time, not a precise fee cut-off. Fees accrued after that timestamp but before the actual settlement call also go to the buyer. An on-chain transaction is required to close the position's fee rights.

Risks and limits

Trading volume and fees are uncertain; the buyer can receive less than paid, including zero. The LP position remains exposed to its underlying pool price movements, impermanent loss, out-of-range periods and token risks while escrowed. Neither Dorsen nor the buyer provides liquidity management, rebalancing or a guaranteed return. The contract depends on PancakeSwap V3 position-manager behaviour and the selected payment token. Smart-contract faults, wallet errors, transaction fees and delayed settlement can cause loss. The NFT is locked until cancellation of an unsold listing or settlement of a sold one; a sold offer cannot be cancelled.

Availability

The public interface identifies its network and contract status. No mainnet transaction should be attempted using a testnet contract or test assets. Dorsen's separate community token, if launched, has no application or rights in this product.
